Big problem with TGEA - Need help

I bought the Indie license for TGEA and few other programs. I received the keys and download links, and all works just fine until I try to download the TGEA SDK itself. The link just doesn't work.
Now I've tried to contact GarageGames in every email I could find, but there's no answer and it still doesn't work. I bought the engine few days ago, and I'm quite disappointed.
Who can I talk to? What can I do? Did the problem happen to others as well?

As a costumer who paid for their product, I do expect them to at least tell me that they are working on it.

Working on it? Great. I do expect them to at least answer, even if there's 5 threads, or 5 thousand threads. It doesn't matter. As a costumer who paid for their product, I do expect them to at least tell me that they are working on it.

Personally, If I emailed all the people at GG about a problem. I wouldn't care about not getting an answer. I would be happy with them not getting mad at me and banning me from the forums. I guess it's a good thing for you that they don't do that kind of thing.

Well if you would have looked on the forums you would have seen that they are working on it.Personally, If I emailed all the people at GG about a problem. I wouldn't care about not getting an answer. I would be happy with them not getting mad at me and banning me from the forums. I guess it's a good thing for you that they don't do that kind of thing.

it is NOT cool to have people pay for a product then indicate that it's currently unavailable. it's also illegal.

Anthony why would the folks at GG get mad and ban someone from forum access for emailing them about a problem, especially something as important as not being able to download their main products? you sound ridiculous. Harel is right. at the very least, they should be communicating more with the forum about the issue. at the most, they should now be indicating this to customers BEFORE they purchase the engine, since the download has been down for days now.it is NOT cool to have people pay for a product then indicate that it's currently unavailable. it's also illegal.

And if you read what he said he emailed ALL THE ADDRESSES HE COULD FIND. He didn't wait for a response (given its a holiday weekend) , he just emailed them all.
Also if you read what I said a little closer, I never said they WOULD ban him, I said he should feel lucky that they don't.
Besides he can now be happy and merry cause they fixed it.
Like I said the first time they were working on it, and now it's fixed.

It not illegal unless it was on purpose... as this was a freak problem that came up its not illegal.And if you read what he said he emailed ALL THE ADDRESSES HE COULD FIND. He didn't wait for a response (given its a holiday weekend) , he just emailed them all.

I am not criticising GG as its fair enough if there is an exceptional issue, but your heavy handed response is unjustified.
I.e "Take it easy on the new guy will Ya!"

I never meant to get on the new guy, but seriously there was a thread posting sitting on the front page when he posted ... You guys are getting on me and reading stuff that I didn't say.
But do what you want, jump on me some more and say stuff that I didn't say.

I didn't say search to "find an answer to the problem". I just think maybe he should have been a lil nicer to GG and checked the forums to see if the problem was addressed before he decided to email them at all the addresses he could find.I think that's a nice thing to do when your a customer. Next time try searching before you start emailing everyone.
They said that they were working on it.
