Download Problem(not sure where to post)

I bought torque in 2002, recently did a reformat, cant download I click link and stays inactive then says file not found. I noticed it says Link will not work after 15 minutes, does this mean every time i try to download it, or since I bought it? I cant figure it out, and don't want to have to fa dangle with CVS right now.

It has been a rough weekend for GG's download server. The "15 min" thing just means for that download. you can always download via your account page (assuming the download server works)

And there is no CVS access anymore. hasn't been for quite some time.
