by Rob Segal · in General Discussion · 05/26/2007 (3:13 pm) · 1 replies

Greetings folks!

I wanted to bring you word of the 2nd annual Toronto indie game jam if you haven't heard about it already.

Rather than repeat all the details I have posted on my blog page about the event I will simply link you to said page.

Be sure to check it out. There were a few games created using Torque Game Builder that we are showing off and are available for download. We will be adding more games to the website in coming weeks so be sure to check back often.

Hope you enjoy the games and certainly reply back in this thread and let me know what you guys think. As one of the organizers of this event I am extremely interested in what we can do to make it better for the next Jam event we hold.

You can check out all the games at www.tojam.ca or click on the individual game links below.

There have been a number of new games added including...

*Two by Two - playable in your browser!
*Noodle
*Emergency Response Team
*Super Defender Robo
*Speakeasy
*Monkey Banana Blitz
*Yarrgh!
*Box Wars
*Urban Tactics

*Killer Coding Ninja Monkey

As an additional note Daniel Piacampo and Mark Cautillo makers of Emergency Response Team went on from their concept at TO Jam to become the finalists in the Internet category in the Vortex Video Game Competition. Congratulations guys!
