TGEA Water / Wave & Fluid Motion effects

Hi, I've been looking at (evaluating) TGEA.

I want to create/modify water so it has more realistic ocean waves and sea wave movment ?

I'm trying in understanding in general what fluid motion effect properties are.

What general properties are avaliable with TGEA that would allow these effects (if any)?

For example, I know that Diffuse, Bump, Specularity, ambient occlusion etc. are all properties
of shading for photorealistic texturing, NON TGEA OR TGE SPECIFIC. These only manage light and simple surface texture (Bump)

However, they do not have anything to do with direct fluid motion and the rendering of fluid effects.

It's a general technology, not nessecerrly specific to TGEA.

But.. What is it, where can I find info on implementing it ? and is it already implemented in TGEA so all
I have to do is modify the properties ? and lastly how difficult is it to work with ?

I know there are BLOBS and metaball effects, but is that all ? Is there any other fluid technique(s)?

What about books ? I can't find any good books on fluids and DirectX, OpenGL

I got this software called Silent Hunter IV, the ocean water is AWSOME ! What other software has AWSOME water ?

Thanks,
