New Constructor plugins for testing

This includes

Extrude:

This now works with multiple faces selected. You can also optionally conform the new brush to the connecting faces.

House:

Creating the structure now works - creates walls, floor, roof, and (optionally) a ceiling. You can specify the thickness of each type of new brush, as well as how far the "roof" overhangs the walls.

Torus:

This will create a torus - You can specify the number of segments (brushes) created, as well as the number of sides on the brush. by default it is circular, but you can optionally make it ellipsoidal. The width of the ring is specified by the height (you'll see when you use it).

You can get the plugins here:

http://www.aztica.com/Images/plug-ins.zip

Just unzip them into your plugins directory (keeping the directory structure intact)

Hmm - don't know, have you tried them under 1.0.1?

Extrude feedback: if you change views (aling the workplane to a face, etc) it does strange things (puts the new brush off on its own in outer space)... but in the normal view it is great!

@Jason - I'll take a look at it, maybe I just need to figure out how to get the additional transformation.
