Any reason these are not accessible?

I tried to look at this resource:

and it says only open to people owning a license which is older than the license I do own.
Cam we get past this?

If you are NOT logged in and you click on the link in my first post you will still get that message. When I logged in and clicked on it though it worker fine.
So, if you were not logged in this is likely the problem. If you were logged in then there is still a problem.

I just signed up for my torque license last night however, may have something to do with it?

I was logged in for sure. I just double checked and still get the same error after verifying that I am, in fact, logged in. I just signed up for my torque license last night however, may have something to do with it?
