Any reason these are not accessible?

by Deva Winblood · in General Discussion · 05/24/2007 (9:58 pm) · 11 replies

I tried to look at this resource:

www.garagegames.com/index.php?sec=mg&mod=resource&page=view&qid=10382

and it says only open to people owning a license which is older than the license I do own.

Cam we get past this?

I cannot access that page either and I have seen a few similar pages that I cannot access even though I have bought the TGE 1.5 version. (all of those require 1.4..x version, but I have seen a post that mention this as a bug, I am pretty sure that people with 1.5 should have access to these pages too.)

I posted a question regarding this to GG a couple of weeks ago but I did not get an answer.

I have the same problem with a few resources, as with the one listed above:

Quote:
The contents of this resource is only available to owners of the products listed below.
If you do own one of these products please make sure you are signed in to the site.

Sorry, this resource is only available to members who have purchased one of the following products:

* Torque Game Engine 1.4.2 - INDIE License

Award winning netcode, GUI editor, C-like scripting, full C++ source, seamless indoor-outdoor rendering, mission editor.
* Torque Game Engine 1.4.2 - COMMERCIAL License

TGE Commercial License allows you to make any type of commercial product with the Torque with no royalties for an unlimited number of products.

Not that I am desperate to read them, but I don't think the bug was fixed.

Cheers

It IS fixed but, you need to LOGIN and go to that resource.

If you are NOT logged in and you click on the link in my first post you will still get that message. When I logged in and clicked on it though it worker fine.

So, if you were not logged in this is likely the problem. If you were logged in then there is still a problem.

I was logged in for sure. I just double checked and still get the same error after verifying that I am, in fact, logged in.

I just signed up for my torque license last night however, may have something to do with it?

I'm not sure hopefully Matt Fairfax or someone reads this thread and can fix it for you as they did me.
