Access to 1.4 Resources with TGE 1.5

Similarly, you can't buy the RTS kit w/ (only) 1.5 license. The site removes it from the shopping cart.

This has been annoying me too, there are several resources I want to use, but I can't access them because I have 1.5.2 instead of 1.4.
