Opening Files_Error Message

Everytime I open a file I was previously working on, there's an error message, which basically says, Constructor "cannot find this file, would you like to open another one." When I say no, it does open the .csx file I want, but this message is odd. Any thought on why it occurs?
Also, for some reason, my objects when I re-open were extremely small; and the grid (especially in the perspective viewport) is a challenge to pin down to a locked size. Is there a way to rectify?
And, I, too, have not successfully loaded any of the objects I've tested in the Torque yet. Even when I copy my exported .dif file to the shapes folder with textures, it doesn't appear as a selected options in the folder hierarchy... Can anyone help me out here. When is this going to be resolved? I see a lot of back in forth on this topic, but no clear answers yet...
Thanks for your efforts...
