Artist Up for Work

Hello, I am a experienced artist with Rhino and Alibre CAD systoms. If you need any help with stuff such as weapons or bombs, or objects, I am open. How do you save a image on Blender. I don't mean background but how can I show you guys the render?

Do the render first then press 'F3' or use the menu File-Save Image.
