... how to get a higher resolution than 800x600 and how to import the vehicles from t2? Any help would be nice.

The video settings dialog should allow you to change the resolution (i'm assuming) if your video card supports it.

I have a GeForce 4 Ti 4200 and my friend can just have 800x600 too. In which file is this located? Can I change it in the OptionsDlg.gui?

Is this full screen or running in a window? I can't get 1024x768 on my GeForce 2 GTS until I'm running the game in full screen. I'm limited to 640x480 or 800x600 in a window.

Windowed mode allows you to go up to one resolution size lower then what your current video settings are.
