Help Wanted - Scripting/basic C

I am working on a project and I have posted here before looking for help, which has gotten a decent amount of attention, but right now what I'm looking for is a scripter/basic c++ person that is willing to share their knowledge with me. Someone that is interested in communicating on a regular basis and help me work through code. Currently my knowledge is limited in this area and the team does have a few programmers, but scripting and knowledge of the engine is lacking. We have a dedicated staff of writers and artists, programmers and modelers (12 members currently) and I'm no slouch when it comes to development.

What I'm looking for is someone that can fill the void and develop a long term relationship through this project and beyond. I'm interested in opening doors for devs looking to work games full time and develop an outstanding game using torque. This is by all means a serious request for an interested adult partner in torque development. I have no financial offerings at this point, only that on release our policy is an equal profit split among the team members.
