Maya Eye Node issues???

I received an animated character model from our artists this week and everything seems fine and plays back in the engine beautifully except when I zoom in using the mouse wheel. Whenever I get to the closest point the camera snaps to the feet of the character. I checked out the dump file and the eye and cam nodes seem to be exporting just fine.

Is there any other reason this would be happening?

The stock models and even the Ava pack seem to work fine.

More then likely the eye node had its X.Y.Z set at 0.0.0 after it was moved to the models head level before parenting by doing a freeze transforms on it. You cant freeze any nodes after you make and place them or they will end up at your feet.
