Play movie in GUI?

I'm confused to say the least...
I have both the TGE/TGEA demos....trying to figure out which engine to go with, and for now I'm leaning towards TGEA with the shader support amongst other things - but with one BIG question;
In TGE I have the ability to add a movie (*.ogg) with the GuiTheoraCtrl in the GUI-editor, and reading the comparison between the two engines I thought that this ctrl was to be found in TGEA as well...but it's not.
Instead I have the GuiAviBitmapCtrl...but it doesn't seem to work as the "theora-version" in TGE - where I simply point to an *.ogg file in my project, and it plays right away...
Searched around the forum but I'm more than confused since it says around here, that theora is the way to go for video in TGEA...but how?!?!?

I do not believe that the AVI control is fully implemented or supported. I could be wrong, though.

So the mentioned feature at the TGEA page, under SOUND/VIDEO - "Built-in Theora video codec playback" - isn't really true then?
Would be sad if I wanted to go with TGEA, but have to stick with TGE just for this (video-playback) since I really want some pre-rendered cutscenes throughout my game. :-(
