AdamPack - can't move hands...

Hi all,

I'm new to 3DS max and do most of my work in Lightwave. However, I'm just trying to tweak the AdamPack run animation in 3dsmax 9 and have a problem whereby if I move either hand with Auto Key set, it just snaps back into it's original position.

I'm guessing I'm missing something fairly obvious but I can't work out what it is! I'd be grateful for any suggestions.

EDIT: FYI I'm not concerned with keeping them in place for a weapon as he will not be holding one...

Ah, sorry - ignore! Looks like IK isn't set up for the hands. Rotating the arms and wrist joints works just fine.

EDIT: Seems I spoke to soon. When I export the sequence and view it in game the arms are still posed as if they are carrying a weapon. Thoughts?
