Changing the Terrain Square Size

Greetings All,

These are questions for TGE 1.5.1

I have noticed or at least it seems that when I change the terrain square size I lose hight in my terrain features. Is this just an illusion or is there a way to keep or adjust the height after a resize.

Also when I scale my water blocks to fit the new terrain size it has holes. I think I saw something on this but I also thought it was fixed in 1.5.
