Proposal for Equity Positions in Opcode Studios LC
Background
Opcode LLC, is registered corporation in the state of Utah. We have been in business for about three years. Our group consists of experienced business and software engineering personnel. Our primary focus is business software for which we have seven years of experience.
With the recent acquisition of new talent we are starting a new project and company. The focus of this new entity is entertainment. The project proposed is quite large, we expect around sixteen months for completion. Since this venture is new to our managing members, we are starting members with equity positions only.
These equity positions are not free to investors. The cost for one block (about 2%) is $60K. As a member of the development team you will receive an equity position as compensation for your role in development. Of course, as a general partner you will share in the profit. Also, through our other ventures, we have built up interest from a few investments firms. Portions of any acquired funding will be used to pay development members.
We will be using the Torque Game Engine Advanced to reduce time required for technology development. Most work will be directed towards content creation and story development.
