Bug with Level Editor Save function

This is from a build will say mid June. I noticed that my foot puffs there gone when I was playing around on my new level then when I added a shrike type plane I knew something was up . Here is a image in the original waterWorld.mis

and here is what should be the same "puff" effect in my new level.

I tested my theory by saving over the a copy of waterWorld.mis and the puff dissapeared, but put the orginal back and it works. Odd thing is that the foot prints do work just not the foot puffs. Anyone have a clue?

Are you using a custom ground texture?

yes but I added it to the propertyMap.cs
