Ok im real new at this and i want to know something first before i thinck about buying torque. Theres many games on the product page and many different people have made them, so do you get like 50% of every sale of the item when it sales or something like that, or is it no money at all ?

John -- people in the game store, are being published by GarageGames ... and they get a cut of the sales ... it's not necessarily 50% of the selling price, but it's 50% of the profit ... at least with GG stuff (according to my last read of the publishing FAQ).

With Torque products, your free to publish on any site you want ... long as your game is fun, you've got a good chance of making it into the GG Store, from what I've seen so far ... but theres no guarantee's ...

you can, optionally, sell the game for any amount that you want on your own site ... and setup any sort of distribution you wish... the Torque License does not restrict (last I checked) what you can do with your game once your ready to publish/sell it ...

Well, to be more precise, it doesn't restrict where and how ... it does restrict what you can distribute (ie; non of GG's proprietary tools) -- give the license a read for more detailed information ...
