The chosen file is not a recognized texture format Dungeon Pack

Hello,
I'm new to constructor and I am playing around with it. I have the frogames Dungeon pack and I wanted to mess around 'building' a dungeon set with thier prefab coridor/archway pieces etc.
It looks like I have to import it as map as a prefab. So I set it up in my Manage Prefabs and pointed it to the BPS folders. It looks like constructor only imports map or csx format, and does not allow import of DIF.
Ok. So I've got a corridor imported but the textures are not right. The texture browser has Use on map, and ERRROR's for the texture. Ok no problem.
Now if I try to create my own album, and add a texture to it and point it to the textures the dungeon pack provides I get a "The chosen file is not a recognized texture format". This confuses me, as the texture is a standard jpg. I've double verified it is indeed a jpg I'm importing.
Any tips would be welcome. Using Dungeon Pack 1_0.zip

The textures must be copied under the CL\Torque\Constructure\textures directory first, before you import them. It does not import any textures that are outside this directory structure.
Once you copy them, you can then create an album then import them. I feel rather embarassed now :)
