Mouse events with gui

Simple question, I'm sure, but my sceneWindow2D::onMouseMove() seems to no longer work when I pop a simple scoreboard GUI onto the scene. Anyway to stop the GUI from stealing the mouse events?

In the scoreboard's profile, set "modal=false;".
