Sorry this has nothing to do with the thread, but I thought I would say something.
Why do people not even post an overview of the project in help-wanted adds?!? There is nothing that would make me respond to an add which doesn't even say what the project is about! The one thing that WOULD make me consider responding, is if I saw an idea really I liked, and felt like I would want to work on it. Bit hard if no idea is posted. Just saying what a great team it is, and how the idea is great, means nothing to me unless I know what the idea for the project is.
Please don't feel like this is just directed at you though, it's just something that I have seen in a great deal of help-wanted adds. The more info I get on the project, the more willing I would be to get in-touch. This isn't a dig at you though, please just consider it constructive critisism ;)
