Im thinking of making a 2D/3D RTS MMO, kinda of like Dreamlords/DoTA AllStars for examples. I have 2 questions 1. Will the Rts starter Kit Work with TGEA. 2. Which Engine would be more stable for handling a mass amount of players/be more capabale of building a RTS MMO. Thanks.

Which is a good point, because every game made in Torque is like this. In the end Torque is simply a game engine with functionality that you can use to build your game... in the end you have to add AI, gameplay, levels, content, as well as any other gameplay additions that are specific to your game (like physics additions, added functionality to players, servers, database connections, etc).
I do honestly believe the Torque engines are very powerful and can accomplish a wide variety of games, though keep in mind that they are still what they are, game engines... they are not the framework for your custom game. It's always a good idea to not lift Torque beyond what it is, you still have to make your game, and add custom code and functionality. Torque is just there to help make that easier for you and give you a base starting point.

As for your second question, I'm not sure. Remember Dreamlords was not completely made with Torque, only parts of it.
