CVS reporting

Folks,
Anyone know of a decent feture rich CVS reporting utilitity?
One that sends emails on changes/updates/commits etc as well as posts information to the web (preferable a mysql db with a perl/php backend)
I have looked and yet to find one that is worth the time and effort to install

double bump, i was just about to post the very same question, thanks. I noticed gg.com has a log parser for their CVS just wondering if they would be willing to share.

Look for "cvs2cl.pl"...It's a Perl script that does change logs. I downloaded it and made some minor tweaks and it works great.-David

Now am email notification thing would be nice.
As well as Jeremy's CVS resource that he mentioned writing (but has yet to produce) a couple weeks ago.
