TGE 1.5 with lightining Kit: BEST FULL MOD

Okay, i just made the upgrade and lost a few mods from my previous version - something to do with target and animated buttons or something.
Anyway, id like to know if there's a resource somewhere with full modifications on the torque code for placing all the everthing that's lacking, like full weapons inventory, vehicle use from normal fps game, flying vehicle, rpg dialogue, enemy AI, mission and scenario dynamic swap, health control, etc, etc... ALL already implemented. Don't bother pointing the resource links, i can find them SEPARATELY, what i wanna know if somewhere, someone had the guts to place ALL together in this last version. A kind of torque "Great Theft Auto" version or something... does somebody know of something remotely near this?

Well, look's like i'll be starting a FULL MOD project on torque 1.5... according to your answer, looks like no one's doing that, wich is quite a surprise. Suppose there will be more than one developer around here interested in accomplish a GTA/Half-life full mod in torque.
In any case, already bumped into bugs trying to implement crouch/swin for the character... i'm an artist and modeler, so i'll be daring into programmer's jungle on that one.
Well, better start creating some car and weapons models if i'm planning to go on with that.

There are some collections of related resources, like the Flight Compendium, but generally you'll have to go shopping and load your basket up with the specific resources you want. Or, you can invest in one of the various starter kits, like the MMOKit, but you'll still have to round up some missing resources.
