Character Select Background help

I just wanted to know what you all thought of this background and if it's missing anything.
The clouds also scroll at a fast pace, reflecting off of the surface.
Also, With me using the Yin-Yang symbol, is there any law against that?

Yeah, that's what I did. And I stretched the bottom a little bit for perception. Yeah I did all the shading's myself in photoshop, along with that glow on the surface.

As for the artwork, looks great ... and I don't think you have to worry about usage rights ... Symbols are not copyright-able or trademark-able ... with the exception of those symbols that are specifically created to represent businesses, etc (which are referred to as Logos)

@Kevin -- I'd love to see the reflection thing in action -- sounds like a nice "work around" ... and an interesting tweak to do something that you wouldn't normally expect to see in "2D" ...As for the artwork, looks great ... and I don't think you have to worry about usage rights ... As for the fast moving clouds, and the reflection -- how did you pull that off? flip the cloud and change the alpha level and have them move together ... ?
