TNL Supported?

Hi Folks,
I was wondering if TNL is even supported any longer? It seems to me that the opentnl.org website, and the sourcecode in CVS, have not been touched since they were put online. Is there any work being done on it? Surely the state of the networking art hasn't ceased to improve since '04...
