Can't Build Torque

I can't build torque, i get 2 succeeded and 44 errors. I am using VC++ express and following the tutorial on setting up torque.

You don't need to follow the "tutorial". TGE 1.4.2 comes with a VC++ Express solution that allows you to just open it and hit Build. It is in the VS2005 folder.
