Eye node coordinate is not the same as root node of model

Hi,
exporting by dts0.94 & viewing in ShowToolPro1.04, the xyz axis of the eye node is not the same as the xyz axis of the root node of the model, so when running TorqueDemo this caused the player view of my model is rotated 90 degrees to the left (just like the player stood upon the right of the screen instead of the bottom).
Could you help me how to fix this ?
I had the same problem with the hub node, but I managed to turn around the wheel model so I could fixed it. So I have another question: how can I make the node coordinate is always the same as the model coordinate, viewing in Blender doesn't show the different but after exporting to dts, I could see the diff in ShowToolPro
thanks,
Thang.
