Per seat licensing / scripts?

Hi!
Our small company is looking at licensing TGB. Two questions came up with licensing (I've searched the forums and didn't find the actual answer) :
If we buy one indie pro license, can we upgrade it to non-indie license if we have the need?
And secondly about the per seat license : If we buy the engine, and let's say I have the rights to view and modify the source code, can anyone else in our company create and modify scripts(that use TGB scripting functions) IF they don't use the editors that come with TGB or view the C++-side code?

The restrictions for TorqueScript have been lessened somewhat because of the release of the Demo version, which includes the documentation and script functionality as well. The C++ source and (I believe) editor TorqueScript are restricted. I can't remember on the exact restrictions, but it seems like it was "whatever is not in the Demo". As well as TDN access.

Maybe the better question to ask is : What other people, within the company where ONE person has TGB pro license, can do for the project (not counting content creation which is obviously done in different programs)?
You can't use the editors that come with TGB, but can one script the game "outside" the TGB editor environment?

As far as I remember, scripting is fine. The demo should work fine as well for testing and toying with the scripts, as well as playing with the editors and console. Just no deeper outside of a license.

- Licenses can be upgraded later on, just having to pay the difference between the Indie and Commercial[li]Unlike TGE/TGEA, anyone working on a TGB project has to have a license, since there is no way GG can know if you've disabled the editors before distributing to team mates[li]Anyone working with source code has to have a pro license, anyone working with the script/editors has to have at least an Indie license
That's my take on TGB, though different from the TGE/TGEA licensing scheme, it makes sense for it to be set up that way.
