Applying a patch

I found this patch and I was wondering if anyone can help me with it.
http://www.garagegames.com/index.php?sec=mg&mod=resource&page=view&qid=4200 thats the patch. How would I patch my TGE 1.5 to use that patch? Lol I'm new to this. I tried the documentation but I don't get it either.

Also, since you are asking about source code modifications this should be in the private forums, but eh, no big deal.

If you absolutely need anything provided by that resource, you are infinitely better off using TGEA.Also, since you are asking about source code modifications this should be in the private forums, but eh, no big deal.
