I see these questions all the time. Perhaps they should rename the commercial license to "Enterprise" or "Corporate" or "Conglomo" (heh).

yep.. the indie vs commercial license is commonly misunderstud
both are commercial...
but one is commercial and the other is COMMERCIAL hehehe.. for big bucks
the current licenses i think are quite nice..
the current indie restrictions are not so restrictive... they are just fine for indies :) taking into acount that you can make 180,000 o 200,000 dollars with a piece of software that costs 150.. is just a joke..
but if you ever reach the level you earn that much money .. it should be stupid to refuse paying 750 dollars for the commercial license ...
cheers!

Longer answer:
There are a few restrictions with the indie license that the commercial license does not have, such as maximum revenue before you must buy a commercial license, also splash screen requirements and that the indie license may only be used to create a game, plus a few other restrictions.
Have a read through the Indie EULA and the Commercial EULA to get the full low down.
Also it's worth looking over the "more info" section of the product page specifically Indie vs Commercial section.
