Change icon

Anyone happy with a program they've used to change a windows icon? Like 'TGB.exe'?
I know this isn't a question that's specific to Torque, and I've found some out there, so I'll take any suggestions from people who have done this before.

@PeterB, Visual Studio has an icon editor built into it ... alternatively, you can use just about any art application to make the graphic and there are numerous applications that can convert JPEG, PNG, BMP or GIF formats into ICO ...

Just change the ICON in the Torque Resource file in Visual Studio, and recompile.
