Does it have 3D model tutorials

I want to know does this book have tutorials on creating! 3D Models. THanks everyone who posts on here

No, it's focused on programming Torque script, and using the in-game editors.

The other torque book, Ken Finney's "3D Game Programming All-in-One" does have tutorials for modeling and using those models in torque.

But there are plenty of great tutorials online for whatever package you use. There is also documentation on exporting into torque on this site. If you're just trying to learn how to model something and get it into torque, your best resource is probably the internet.

If you're making a game with Torque, you'll want one or both of these books.

I would say both... People find the first book to be very basic, which is the aim of it. Taking you from the start and teaching you the basics. The second book is a little more advanced, but remember that it only uses scripting, and does not do any C++ changes. For modelling... I agree with Joel. There are loads of resources out there to learn from.
