Bug: Rebuild Exports doesn't work

I really like this torque ide.
i purchased torsion and registered ide.
i checked "Project Settings/Configuration Settings/Build Exports".
but check the settings again it is always unchecked.
and "Project/Rebuild Exports" option is always disabled.
