Minor layout bobble in IE

Haven't tested in other browsers, and this is such a nit picky thing:) However, see the screenshot of the arrows at the top of the Blog navigation. The style for the bottom margin of the graphic makes it hide the bottom ten pixels of the arrow.



I thought the green graphics didn't match the theme very well, so I did up a couple of alternates at 23 pixel height. Should give more room for whatever was being negative margined:) Feel free to use them if you like them GG.
