You have to have "something" to join first first. Your argument is a "chicken and the egg" argument. The other stuff you posted is "off topic", and focusing on the past is bad business. People don't care. If you want help you need to create "something" tangible. If want to be a leader, then lead the way by posting a resource with your original code (not just concept). You have good ideas, but until they are in code they are a dime a dozen. If you do not want to do a resource use TDN. Here are some examples:

On the internet I see no borders,
On the internet I see only you.

What exactly is it you're trying to do, is this supposed to be a collection of resources?

A common problem of any kind of community project is not having a "critical mass" of what you intend to build available for people to consider contributing to. Many Open Source projects just die because there was nothing there to begin with. If you want to get people on board then you need to pay it forward first. Once you have something tangible and useful then people will help. If you do not do that then your project will die. Also, in order to lead, you need to become a servant first. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
