DTS Export, Maintain Base Verticies Help...

I am in need of some clarification here, I have exported most of my models using the old RC 1.3. They all exported fine with sequences and i was using the "MultiRes::BodyMesh" snapshot to get the LOD's for my
units. Due to the nature of the clothing mapped on the units some parts are in need of no compression from
the MultiRes modifier else the clothing looks all out of place and ruins the purpose of the uniforms and
makes them indistinguishable. So i used a 3d max option in the MultiRes modifier -> "Maintain Base
Vertices" and higligted vertices as needed. It came time for me to export a more complex unit, the RC 1.3 would give me error "-- Unknown system exception" in the script dts_utility.ms pointing to "exportFile dtsFileName" (This only occurs when I used a multi res modifer snapshot, if i export using just stock detail2 on the main mesh this does not occur). I browsed around and found a post on the Dark Industries plug in (http://www.garagegames.com/mg/forums/result.thread.php?qt=57043) and when i use that it will export the unit with LOD's using the "Auto" feature, but once again my uniforms get mangled so i need to "Maintain base vertices". So my question to you is, how can i specify "Maintain Base Vertices" for this "Auto Details" using the Detail Manager or is there another way with this updated plug in.
