HYPOTHETICALLY speaking...

What if garagegames was to not work out and it closes.

Not saying it will just wondering does that mean no one can publish games with V12?

I guess if they closed down, then there would be no legal entity to sue you if you did.

Their could be some sort of agreement with Sierra, that Sierra would handle the games and publish good ones, or that no games would be publishable, and the handling goes over to them, or any number of things, who knows, but they probably already thought of this, I don't think you'd get off that easily...
