Later upgrade from TGE to TGEA?

Will it later be possible to upgrade from TGE to TGEA at a discounted price? I'm a Mac user and I'm thinking about licensing TGE and TGEA if it's available for the Mac.

So this is what is used to be called Torque Shader Engine (Early Adopter Licence). is it now considered to be complete.
