Blender DTS exporter problems

Hello Gang!
I have two problems with DTS shapes exported with Blender 2.41 - 2.43 and the DTS exporter .91 and up.
One of the problems is with texture swapping in TGE. I name my material and texture base.body in blender. Then in TGE i issue the command %obj.setSkinName(Blue) but nothing happens. Not even an error message.
The second one is with DSQ animation. They twist my DTS out of shape like a pretzel. I think it has something to do with the bound box because I noticed that the nodes that go crazy are the ones that are out of the box. However, I made a box large enough to cover all of the nodes but TSTP shows only a box that only covers all the nodes in rest position.
I can split this thread into two separate threads if it helps keep the topics separate.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thx!

For the second problem, I'll send you the model later and see if you can spot anything wrong with it.
Thx!

Second problem is very common. If you do anything strange with the bones before you export and after you finish animating, they act strange and screw up. Best thing to do is carefully set up your bones without anything extra special. There's a number of posts before about the problem specifically.
