Platformer tutorial: Out of date? Wrong info?

I was following the tutorial on how to make a platformer game. (http://tdn.garagegames.com/wiki/Torque_2D/GenreTutorials/PlatformerTileMaps)

I imported the tiles just fine. The next step reads:
"In the Level Builder, select Project->Tile Map Builder... from the menu or press F12."
I have no such option under "Project" on the menubar, nor does F12 seem to do anything. There is an image map builder, but it's a different function.

Is this tutorial out of date and that option has been moved? Is that option not included in the TGB demo? Is the fact that I downloaded this demo a whopping month ago actually so detrimental that I have too old a version to have this feautre? (yeah right.)

So seriously now, what gives? Little help here please...

Yes, that tutorial is out of date. The tile layer editor is now integrated with the level builder. You can access it via the edit tab with the tile layer selected, or by clicking the last widget on top of the object's bounding box when it's selected.
