3ds Max 9 DTS Exporter

Hey!
I've recently upgraded to a intel core 2 duo cpu and i also upgraded to 3ds max 9. Have been trying to get the dts exporter to work with 3ds max 9, i couldn't find much instruction on getting the dts exporter to work with 3ds max. But, I could have missed it on the GG site. when I open up 3ds max i get this error:
then when i go to export my model with the exporter i get this error:
so is there a working exporter for 3ds max 9 (64-bit)? and how do i install it?

I couldn't even find any information about an exporter for 3ds max 9 64 bit, but after searching i did find a link to it in www.garagegames.com/blogs/47638/11560 a blog by Ray Noolness Gebhardt. the exporter is hosted by him. Why isn't the exporter hosted by garage games in the artist section???????
