TGEA, as Thomas noted, is for licensed 360 developers who have already obtained a devkit from Microsoft and jumped through those licensing hoops.

TorqueX and TGEA 360 are two completely separate product lines. TorqueX utilizes the XNA framework and C# and is bound to the conventions and licensing agreements for XNA.TGEA, as Thomas noted, is for licensed 360 developers who have already obtained a devkit from Microsoft and jumped through those licensing hoops.
