Can't Download a Thing...

That's the error I get whenever I try to download something from this site. It doesn't happen at FileFront, wavemage, or any of these other sites I tried downloading files from. Every other site works fine. And yet, when I ask about it in community chat, everyone claims that they have no problems with it... What on earth is going on? The one day I finally get the chance to buy the TGE license, and this happens. Now I'm not even sure I want to bother with it.
Oh, and the reference value is different every time.

Your account is not listed as an TGE owner, perhaps the system has screwed up the registration somehow? I would contact the web guys.

No, it wasn't that. I wasn't a TGE owner until now. I was trying to download the demos so I could decide between the TGE and the TGEA... but it wouldn't let me. Then about 2 hours ago or so, the problem went away.... weird. Anyways, tested them out, went with the original. Thanks for the help though, guys. I really appreciate it.
