Creating a game development company.

Hi I'm a beginner with a strong passion for computer games, but the more I research the development side of computer games the more I want to make my own.

The Question I need an answer to is about the company creation option in MyAccount on the garage games website. Once I've filled i the options does that create I company or do I need to do this externaly and then give them details to garage games. If it is the latter could anyone please guide me in theright direction as how I could do this (UK based only).

The company creation in the My Account on the Gargae Games website is like a profile. To set a company up in England or Wales, then d oa google search for Companies House. Having gone through this myself recently, I would advise you to think carefully before doing so. Not only does it cost money, and give you all sorts of legal responcibilities, it is not always needed. If you are just starting out, then my adivce would be to actaully make a game that is worth selling before setting a registering a company.

Thanks that sounds like sound advice. I just wanted to know what would be the best course of action. Its always worth asking those types of questions.
