TGE 1.5 from perspective of 1.4 owner

I haven't been active with keeping up with TGE latley (or ever for that mater).
I'm wanting to know for TGE 1.4 owners if that is the last update we will ever get without paying for 1.5?
Is there any URL that explains this?
Mainly, I already have show tool and dont want the lighting stuff, but will I have to pay for 1.5 if I want to get any new updates and fixes?
