Linux distro

I was looking around at different linux distros when I found this website. If someone has made a linux distro specifically for movie editing, it would be cool to have a distro specifically for torque development, with useful programs (c++ ide, .cs editor, Blender, etc) and possibly WINE to build for windows. It would be handy not having that that background junk windows runs.

I used Ubuntu for all the TGE 1.4.* dev, not sure what the other chap is using to support TGE 1.5.*

Also heard other distros being used, but ubuntu was the easiest to install and to get TGE compiled/running

Currently I'm using ubunutu and fedora for linux stuffs. My taste in distributions is like a leaf in the wind.

It's just like unix
Except there are more choices
No two are alike

Try several of them
They're all completely different
Pick the one you like

It's just a morning for Haikus.
