Torque-Motion Help with kork bones

I got Torque Motion the other day. I am using the bones and lay out of Kork in my character...and I was wondering if I am doing something wrong because my person looks like a ....well...Orc -- when he is a regular humanoid. I am using the DSQ for the other Kork movement and my guy doesn't deform. He dies, he shoots, he runs like Kork with no deforming when I use the GG set of DSQs. Is there a DTS exporting setting I have to use? or what? Again, I am new to modeling, so bare with me if it is a simple fix.

I am using MAX 8 for modeling.
