Question for owners of the adventure kit, AI specifically.

I have a thread running down in the Adventure kit forum too, but I though it would not hurt to ask here as well.
I am trying to extract just the AI framework that sickhead put into their pack for TGB, the goal was to have a standalone generic adventure game AI that I could use for other projects later but with out relying on all the extras they have that I did not need. Things were going nicely, I had removed a lot of extra stuff and condensing the code down when I ran into a road block.
The AI function that allows the AI to see the enemy really needed to be expanded out into pick radius, currently it is doing another method which works well, until you start to pick apart their code :-p
I was wondering if there is anyone here who also owns the adventure kit that wouldn't mind helping me through this rough patch. I am still quite new to TGB and have only started to get a grip on the basics, I think I have done well so far on working with their AI, but I know I have gotten to a point where it is beyond my skill level.

It just shows off the vehicle and weapon collisions and effects I have worked into it. I based the controls off the phys tank controls, but the turret is controlled by keyboard, not the mouse. The machine gun has tracer rounds and the rockets alternate from the two rocket packs, the projectiles really need some more work though :-p And I show off one of the level bosses.
So if anyone who has the time and would like to help me I would greatly appreciate it! I really do not have much to offer other than my undying thanks and you in the credits whenever I finally finish the game.
