Wincvs help needed

Ok im not sure if this was the write forum thread to put this in but here is my problem. Last year i bought both the TGE and the TSE. That was about 7 or 8 months ago. Just this month a got a new computer. I put my old harddrive from my old pc into my new one. I deleted the folder with my torque stuff that i bought and downloaded on my old hard drive. I did this because what i ordered was still all available in my order history for download. I downloaded the TGE fine. Then i downloaded wincvs again so i could redownload TSE. Last time i didnt I somehow got it working and downloading the shader engine. I followed the exact same steps as it said in the directs but every time i tried to log in to the wincvs garagegames server it didnt accept my password. I used the exact same password that i use to login to this site. This is what i kept saying on the console **** CVS exited normally with code 1***** . I also tried several variations of my username such as using all capitals, all lower case and the way i used it for this site with just the first letter being a caps letter. I also used several variation on the login commands scripts. Here is what i used :pserver:Snowhill06@cvs.garagegames.com:/cvs/torque I also tried just Snowhill06@cvs.garagegames.com:/cvs/torque i had the port set to 2401 which is what the directions said to have it at. I tried every possible combination on all the versions of wincvs and they all kept saying **** CVS exited normally with code 1***** I do have nortan firewall but i even turned that of just to make sure but still couldn't log in. I dont know why its not working the password is the same one that i use for this site. Does any one know why it wouldn't be working?
